ACYLogix Group has appointed Denise Taouk as Chief Compliance & Legal Counsel, adding an experienced legal and regulatory executive to its Executive Leadership Team.
In her new role, Taouk will lead the group’s legal, compliance and regulatory functions across its global operations, supporting ACYLogix as it continues to develop its governance and regulatory framework across multiple markets.
Taouk brings more than 20 years of experience across banking, financial services, fintech and payments.
Her background includes extensive work across legal affairs, compliance, regulatory matters and corporate governance, giving her broad experience in areas that are increasingly important for financial and fintech companies operating across multiple jurisdictions.
