XS.com Reappoints Hanna Le to Lead Business Development in Vietnam

Global multi-asset brokerage and financial services provider XS.com has announced the appointment of Hanna Le as Regional Business Development Director for Vietnam, marking her return to the company as it strengthens its commercial operations and strategic partnerships across Southeast Asia.

The appointment, announced on November 4, 2026, reflects XS.com's continued efforts to expand its international brokerage presence through experienced regional leadership and closer relationships with local partners.

In her new position, Le will oversee business development activities in Vietnam, focusing on identifying commercial opportunities, expanding the company's partner network, and strengthening engagement with clients and financial industry professionals.

She will also collaborate with XS.com's regional management and marketing teams to develop initiatives tailored to the Vietnamese market, supporting the company's broader international growth strategy.

Le previously served as Country Manager for Vietnam at XS.com before leaving the brokerage in 2024. Her return brings additional experience from competing financial services organizations, particularly in sales management, business development, and strategic partnership operations.

Before rejoining XS.com, she held the position of Business Development Director at GTCFX, where she managed sales teams and developed relationships with business partners. Her responsibilities included supporting commercial expansion and strengthening the brokerage's engagement with regional industry participants.

Earlier in her career, Le served as Country Manager at Radex Markets, overseeing retail sales, business development, staff recruitment, training, and local market planning.

She also worked as Sales Manager at Info Finance – CFD Media, where she supported international brokers seeking to establish a presence in Vietnam through branding initiatives, industry networking, and tailored marketing activities.

Her professional experience additionally includes a role as Senior Sales Officer at Shinhan Bank, providing her with a background spanning both conventional banking and online brokerage services.

Commenting on her return, Le expressed enthusiasm about strengthening XS.com's presence in Vietnam and developing strategic relationships that support the company's commercial ambitions.

Wael Hammad, Group Chief Commercial Officer at XS.com, welcomed the appointment, highlighting Le's familiarity with the organization and her understanding of the Vietnamese financial services market.

Her appointment comes as international online trading firms continue to focus on Southeast Asia, where growing digital financial engagement and demand for trading-related services have made regional business development an important commercial priority.

For multi-asset brokers, establishing effective local partnerships and maintaining experienced regional management teams are important components of international expansion strategies.

XS.com has made several senior appointments throughout 2026, including leadership positions covering retail sales, emerging markets, Latin America, and the Middle East and North Africa.

The latest appointment adds to the company's efforts to strengthen regional leadership and improve coordination between its international operations and local commercial teams.

Founded in Australia in 2010, XS.com provides access to trading across multiple financial instruments, including currencies, shares, indices, commodities, metals, and energy products. The brokerage also provides institutional liquidity services and trading technology solutions.

As the company continues developing its international network, Le's return represents another step toward strengthening its presence in Vietnam and expanding relationships within the regional brokerage industry.
