DIGITEC has appointed Callum Dunn as Lead Solutions Architect, strengthening its technology team with more than 20 years of experience across global foreign exchange and interest-rate markets.
Dunn joins the financial technology company after a long career in trading and market leadership, including 12 years at Westpac, where he progressed to become Global Head of FX Forwards.
Throughout his career, Dunn has built extensive experience across FX forwards, interest-rate markets and institutional trading workflows.
Importantly, he also brings first-hand experience using DIGITEC’s D3 Pricing platform during his trading career, giving him a strong understanding of the technology from a client and practitioner perspective.
That background is expected to help DIGITEC further develop solutions that address the practical needs of banks and trading desks.
As Lead Solutions Architect, Dunn will contribute to the continued development of DIGITEC’s technology for banks, particularly in areas such as pricing automation, liquidity provision and trading workflows.
His appointment adds significant market-side expertise to the company’s product and technology capabilities, helping bridge the gap between trading requirements and system development.
DIGITEC said Dunn’s practitioner background will be particularly valuable as the company continues building technology designed to support increasingly automated FX trading environments.
