Scope Prime has added Ashraf Mushasha as Institutional Sales Manager for MENA, bringing an experienced institutional sales executive to its Dubai-based team as the prime-of-prime provider expands its regional liquidity business.
Mushasha will focus on brokers looking for liquidity and execution services, with particular attention to the changing demands created by increasingly continuous trading across commodity CFDs.
He joins from LP Prime, where he spent more than four years and most recently held the position of Global Head of Institutional Sales. His prior experience also includes roles at Ark Capital, Match Liquidity DMCC and Admiral Markets.
His appointment comes as Scope Prime broadens its always-on trading infrastructure. The firm launched 24/7 gold CFD trading for institutional clients earlier this year and subsequently extended the model to Brent and WTI crude CFDs, allowing brokers and funds to maintain commodity exposure over weekends.
Scope Prime combines prime-of-prime liquidity with systematic internalisation, giving brokers tools to manage client flow and determine whether positions should be retained internally or hedged externally. Its offering spans FX, commodities, equities, indices and other CFD markets.
The move strengthens Scope Prime’s institutional presence in the Middle East at a time when regional brokers are increasingly focused on liquidity depth, execution quality and support for extended trading hours.
