Sky Links Capital Group has appointed veteran FX executive Hormoz Faryar as Managing Director, strengthening the broker’s institutional leadership as it looks to expand its presence across global markets.
Based in Dubai, Faryar will oversee institutional business development, strategic expansion and relationships with institutional clients as the company builds out its offering for professional traders and asset managers.
Faryar brings more than 25 years of experience across institutional e-FX trading and sales. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of Institutional Sales at ATFX MENA, where he had worked since 2023.
His previous senior positions include Vice President – AES FX Sales at Credit Suisse, Global Head of Institutional Sales at Equiti Group and Head of Institutional Sales at ADSS.
His industry experience covers trading systems, FX options, algorithmic trading and institutional execution solutions aimed at improving transaction efficiency and reducing market impact for sophisticated clients.
Daniel Takieddine, Co-founder and CEO of Sky Links Capital Group, said the appointment represents an important step in the company's institutional growth strategy, highlighting Faryar's experience in building and scaling FX and multi-asset businesses across the MENA region and international markets.
Faryar said his new position provides an opportunity to develop institutional solutions for a rapidly evolving market, adding that he plans to focus on accelerating institutional growth and strengthening Sky Links Capital's position among institutional traders and asset managers.
The appointment comes as Sky Links Capital continues to expand its multi-asset brokerage operations and build its institutional business across key international markets.
