Trading 212 Revenue Jumps 70% to £345.8 Million as Profit More Than Doubles

Trading 212 reported a strong financial performance for 2025, with revenue rising sharply as the retail trading and investment platform continued to expand its user base, client assets and product offering.

The group generated £345.8 million in revenue during 2025, representing a 70% increase from £204.0 million a year earlier. Net profit climbed to £96.4 million, more than double the £44.1 million recorded in 2024, while profit before tax reached £127.7 million.

The results were supported by continued growth across Trading 212’s investment, savings and CFD businesses. The number of funded accounts increased by 64%, while average monthly active users rose by 86% during the year. Client money and assets under administration also grew significantly, increasing by 137%.

Trading 212 continued to expand its services beyond traditional stock and CFD trading during the year. The company developed its debit card offering, enhanced its interest programme for uninvested cash and upgraded its trading infrastructure to handle more than 100,000 orders per second.

The platform also moved its public API to live execution, giving clients the ability to automate trading strategies and build their own financial tools using Trading 212’s infrastructure.

At the same time, the company continued to strengthen its long-term investment and wealth management offering. Its UK operation received FCA approval in February 2026 to launch a Self-Invested Personal Pension product, which was introduced later in May.

Trading 212 also made operational changes to improve execution efficiency and risk management, including centralising certain CFD hedging and share-dealing activities within its Irish entity.

The group currently operates through regulated entities across several markets, including the UK, Cyprus, Australia, Germany and Ireland. Its platform offers access to stocks, ETFs, savings products and Contracts for Difference across multiple asset classes.

The latest results highlight Trading 212’s continued transformation from a retail trading platform into a broader investment and savings provider, with further product expansion and international growth expected to remain key areas of focus.
