Etrading Software (ETS), a London-based financial technology company specializing in capital markets infrastructure, has promoted Andy Rogers to Chief Product Officer, effective immediately, as the firm expands its market data services and trading infrastructure solutions.
Rogers previously served as Chief Data Strategy Officer, having joined the company in September 2024 as a part-time strategic adviser before moving into a full-time executive position in March 2026.
In his new role, Rogers will lead Etrading Software's product strategy, focusing on the expansion of market data solutions, commercial partnerships and distribution capabilities across the financial services industry.
The appointment follows a period of growth for the company, including the launch of ETS Connect Plus in June 2026, a platform designed to aggregate and standardize post-trade bond market data to support more efficient analysis by financial institutions.
Etrading Software is also involved in major market infrastructure projects, including the operation of the UK bond consolidated tape and technology development supporting European over-the-counter derivatives market transparency.
The company recently secured a mandate through Transparent Markets Europe to provide technology and operational services for the European Union's OTC derivatives consolidated tape, a system designed to improve access to transaction and pricing information.
Rogers brings more than 30 years of experience in financial markets and data technology, having previously held senior positions at Credit Suisse, Citi, IHS Markit and S&P Global.
His background includes developing market data products, commercial strategies and technology services for institutional financial firms.
The promotion comes as European regulators and market participants place increasing emphasis on transparency, standardized trading information and broader access to financial market data.
Consolidated tape initiatives are expected to play an important role in improving price discovery and market analysis by bringing together transaction information from multiple trading venues.
