Equinor Brasil Energia, a subsidiary of Norway's Equinor (EQNR.OL), opens new tab, has agreed to sell its 60% operated interest in Brazil's Peregrino oil field to Prio Tigris, a subsidiary of PRIO SA (PRIO3.SA), opens new tab, for $3.5 billion, Equinor said in a statement on Friday.
