Indonesia stocks higher at close of trade; IDX Composite Index up 0.11%

Indonesia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Infrastructure, Agriculture and Basic Industry sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index gained 0.11% to hit a new all time high.

The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Bisi International Tbk (JK:BISI), which rose 672.50% or 1,345.00 points to trade at 1,545.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Colorpak Indonesia Tbk (JK:CLPI) added 435.00% or 870.00 points to end at 1,070.00 and Bhakti Multi Artha Pt (JK:BHAT) was up 390.29% or 402.00 points to 505.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Bank Artha Graha Internasional (JK:INPC), which fell 99.30% or 9,682.00 points to trade at 68.00 at the close. Slj Global Tbk (JK:SULI) declined 98.89% or 8,900.00 points to end at 100.00 and Indo Acidatama Tbk (JK:SRSN) was down 98.51% or 3,448.00 points to 52.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 378 to 286 and 166 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.47% or 0.35 to $74.17 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.57% or 0.44 to hit $77.14 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.49% or 12.40 to trade at $2,550.20 a troy ounce.

USD/IDR was up 0.17% to 15,459.70, while AUD/IDR rose 0.45% to 10,519.09.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.20% at 101.20.
