Crypto.com, a global leader in the cryptocurrency and Web3 space, has officially announced the promotion of Thomas Prevot to Head of French Operations and Director of Digital Partnerships. The move underscores the company’s continued investment in strategic leadership as it strengthens its presence in France and expands its partner ecosystem across Europe.
Prevot’s promotion comes after a successful tenure as Director of Business Development for Western Europe, where he played a critical role in advancing Crypto.com's market strategy and building high-impact collaborations in the region. In his new dual role, Prevot will lead the company’s operations in France while also driving the expansion of its global digital partnership initiatives.
As Head of French Operations, Prevot will be responsible for deepening Crypto.com’s local footprint, working closely with regulators, industry partners, and community stakeholders to advance the adoption of digital assets and blockchain technology. His leadership will also support Crypto.com's engagement with France’s progressive regulatory environment, particularly following its registration as a Digital Asset Service Provider (DASP) with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).
In parallel, as Director of Digital Partnerships, Prevot will oversee the development of new alliances across sectors including fintech, payments, retail, and Web3 innovation. This role is central to Crypto.com’s strategy to create integrated, user-centric experiences that connect traditional finance with decentralized technologies.
Prior to joining Crypto.com in 2022, Prevot held senior roles in digital strategy and business development within the tech and financial sectors. His cross-functional experience has positioned him as a key driver of Crypto.com’s expansion efforts in Europe, with a focus on scalable solutions and responsible innovation.
Prevot’s promotion reflects Crypto.com’s broader commitment to building a strong leadership bench capable of navigating the evolving digital asset landscape. With more than 100 million users worldwide and operations spanning across major global markets, the company continues to scale its presence through regulatory alignment, local engagement, and strategic partnerships.
The Paris office, now under Prevot’s leadership, will serve as a core hub for regional operations and collaboration, reinforcing Crypto.com’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to cryptocurrency.
