Forex technology provider Your Bourse and customer relationship management specialist 4XPORTAL have disclosed an existing technology collaboration designed to support forex and CFD brokers operating in Dubai.
The arrangement, reported on October 16, combines trading infrastructure with brokerage management services, bringing together liquidity connectivity, risk management, customer relationship management and payment-related capabilities.
According to industry reporting, discussions between the companies began in late 2025, with the combined setup becoming operational around April 2026. Your Bourse indicated that approximately two to three brokers were already using the arrangement.
Under the collaboration, 4XPORTAL provides its ATARIA CRM solution alongside payment services, client onboarding support and know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering processes. Your Bourse contributes pricing technology, liquidity connections, trade routing and risk management infrastructure.
The companies have not announced a new jointly packaged product. Instead, the arrangement connects their existing services, while 4XPORTAL continues to act as the primary operational contact for clients within its network.
The collaboration highlights increasing demand among brokerage operators for integrated technology ecosystems that reduce operational complexity and improve connections between trading systems and client-facing platforms.
Dubai remains a significant market for international forex and CFD technology providers, with firms seeking to strengthen their regional relationships and provide infrastructure tailored to the needs of brokerage businesses.
