PU Prime is expanding its footprint in Australia as part of a broader international growth strategy focused on regulated market access, local client support and long-term regional development.
The multi-asset broker is building its Australian operations through PU Prime Trading Pty Ltd, which operates under an Australian Financial Services Licence and is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) under licence number 410681.
For clients joining through the company’s Australian platform, PU Prime Trading Pty Ltd acts as the product issuer, giving local traders access to the broker’s services within an Australian-regulated framework.
Australia represents an important addition to PU Prime’s international network, particularly as the company continues to prioritize regulated jurisdictions as part of its global strategy.
The broker said its development in the country is aimed at making its services more accessible to Australian traders while also strengthening its local market connections.
Rather than focusing only on geographic expansion, PU Prime has positioned regulatory alignment, transparency and sustainable growth as central elements of its international development.
The move also reflects the company’s wider approach of combining global trading infrastructure with locally regulated entities in individual markets.
PU Prime’s Australian expansion follows a broader period of regulatory and geographic development.
In February 2026, the broker announced that its Dubai-based entity had secured a licence from the UAE Capital Market Authority, adding the UAE to a regulatory footprint that already includes jurisdictions such as Australia, South Africa, Mauritius and Seychelles.
The company has also been expanding operationally in Southeast Asia, including the opening of a new office in the ASEAN region.
These developments form part of PU Prime’s strategy to establish a stronger on-the-ground presence in regions where demand for online trading continues to grow.
Founded in 2015, PU Prime provides access to a range of markets including forex, commodities, indices, shares and CFD products.
The broker says it serves traders across more than 100 countries and has recorded over 40 million app downloads globally.
During 2026, PU Prime has also continued to broaden its trading offering, including the addition of more US share CFDs and extended trading availability across selected products.
With Australia now becoming a stronger focus, PU Prime is positioning the market as an important part of its next stage of international growth.
The company’s strategy combines local regulation, wider product access and regional expansion as it continues to build its presence across established and emerging financial markets.
