Archax has received approval from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for its New Member Application, completing the registration of Archax Markets LLC as a US broker-dealer with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The approval gives Archax a directly regulated presence in the United States and marks an important step in the company’s international expansion.
With the addition of its US entity, Archax now operates across three major regulatory markets: the United Kingdom under the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the European Union through Spain’s CNMV, and the United States under SEC and FINRA oversight.
Access to US Institutional Investors
Through Archax Markets LLC, the company will be able to offer private placements of both traditional and digital securities to eligible US investors.
The offering will include tokenized real-world assets, giving institutional and accredited investors access to securities represented through blockchain-based infrastructure.
The approval strengthens Archax’s ability to connect traditional capital markets with digital asset technology while operating within established regulatory frameworks.
Expanding a Regulated Global Network
Archax has built its business around regulated digital asset infrastructure, with a focus on tokenization, trading, custody and institutional market access.
The addition of a US broker-dealer gives the company a stronger foundation to distribute securities across international markets while maintaining direct regulatory oversight in each region.
