Dubai-based forex and CFD broker GTCFX has appointed Raechel Rose as Head of Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), further strengthening its regulatory and governance leadership.
She joins from ATFX MENA, where she served as Compliance Manager for approximately one year. Earlier in her career, she spent three years at Equiti Group, working across know-your-customer procedures, regulatory compliance, and financial crime prevention.
The appointment follows a series of senior management changes, including the recent arrival of Charbel Raffoul as Chief Executive Officer and Abdelrahman Al Ali as General Manager. These additions bring significant regulatory and financial services experience to the company's leadership structure.
The new role will place Rose within the firm's compliance function during a period of management transition. Her background in brokerage regulation and client verification provides relevant experience for overseeing compliance responsibilities in the UAE's financial services environment.
