BlackRock Inc. buys $1.39 million in BlackRock ESG Capital Allocation Term Trust

BlackRock Inc. (NYSE:BLK) has made a significant acquisition of common shares in the BlackRock ESG Capital Allocation Term Trust (NYSE:ECAT), according to a recent SEC filing. On March 14, 2025, BlackRock purchased 86,000 shares with a total value of approximately $1.39 million. The trust, currently valued at $1.66 billion by market capitalization, stands out for its impressive 23% dividend yield and conservative P/E ratio of 6.27. The shares were bought at a weighted average price of $16.16, with individual transaction prices ranging from $15.91 to $16.28 per share.
