Spain's Energy Minister Sara Aagesen said a report about an investigation into the causes of the blackout that hit the Iberian Peninsula on April 28 will be released later on Tuesday afternoon. She told a news briefing the report concluded there was no evidence that a cyberattack had caused the outage.
