Global online trading provider IC has appointed Josh Fieldhouse as its new Global Head of Sales and Partnerships, strengthening the broker's senior leadership team as it continues to expand its international operations and strategic partner network.
Based in Dubai, Fieldhouse brings extensive experience in the retail forex and contracts for difference (CFD) industry, having held senior commercial and partnership development positions at several established brokerage firms.
Before joining IC, Fieldhouse served as Global Head of Partnerships at ThinkMarkets, which he left earlier in 2026. He previously held a similar position at M4Markets, following his tenure at Trade Nation, where he was responsible for global partnership sales.
His professional background also includes roles at INFINOX and ETX Capital, where he gained experience in sales operations, client acquisition, conversion strategies, and customer retention.
In his new position, Fieldhouse will oversee IC's global sales and partnership activities, with a focus on strengthening relationships with introducing brokers, affiliates, and strategic business partners. His appointment comes as the company continues to develop its presence across key international markets.
Founded in Australia in 2007, IC provides access to a broad range of financial instruments, including forex, indices, commodities, equities, bonds, and cryptocurrencies.
The brokerage has increasingly positioned Dubai as a key operational centre while expanding its international footprint across the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.
Fieldhouse's appointment reflects IC's continued investment in experienced industry leadership as it seeks to develop its global distribution network and strengthen its competitive position in the online trading sector.
