Ricardo Dias has started a new position as Business Development Manager at cFinancial, the newly launched institutional liquidity business associated with Spotware Systems, as the company expands its offering for FX and CFD brokers and proprietary trading firms.
The move places Dias within Spotware’s growing institutional infrastructure ecosystem, which now spans trading platforms, liquidity bridge technology and institutional liquidity services.
Dias brings extensive experience in fintech, FX, CFDs, brokerage technology and business development. His publicly available professional profile most recently identified him as a Business Development Manager at Spotware Systems in Limassol, Cyprus, where he has worked closely with brokers and industry partners.
cFinancial represents Spotware’s latest expansion beyond trading technology into institutional liquidity.
The business provides aggregated pricing from multiple liquidity sources, order routing and continuous execution-quality monitoring through a single FIX 4.4 connection. Its offering covers a broad range of markets, including FX, metals, commodities, indices, equities, cryptocurrencies and synthetic instruments.
Unlike solutions requiring brokers to replace their existing infrastructure, cFinancial has been designed to integrate with third-party bridges, giving firms greater flexibility in how they connect to institutional liquidity.
In his new role, Dias is positioned to support the development of relationships with brokers, prop firms and other institutional clients while helping expand awareness and adoption of cFinancial’s liquidity services.
Dias has already been closely involved with Spotware’s broker technology ecosystem, including cBridge, the company’s platform-agnostic liquidity bridge.
cBridge connects MT4, MT5, cTrader and FIX API platforms with multiple liquidity providers and provides functions including price aggregation, order routing, risk management, exposure monitoring and execution management.
His experience working with brokers around infrastructure, scalability and execution gives him a relevant background as Spotware expands into the institutional liquidity segment.
The company’s careers platform now lists cTrader, cBridge and cFinancial among its core solutions, describing cFinancial as its institutional liquidity provider.
cFinancial is operated through a Seychelles entity licensed by the country’s Financial Services Authority as a securities dealer under licence number SD169, according to information published around the launch.
Its introduction gives Spotware a broader position within the brokerage infrastructure market, allowing the company to provide technology for trading, bridge connectivity and institutional liquidity within the same wider ecosystem.
With Ricardo Dias taking on the role of Business Development Manager at cFinancial, the company is strengthening its commercial team as it introduces the new liquidity offering to brokers and institutional counterparties worldwide.
